Abstract

The Influence of Individual Ability, Work Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Papua Province; 1) The effect of individual skills, work culture and work discipline partially on employee performance, 2) The effect of individual skills, work culture and work discipline on employee performance, 3) Which variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Papua Province. The population of this study was 40 people, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The results showed that: 1) Individual ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) The variables of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Performance variables, 5) The most dominant variable that influences performance is the Individual Capability variable.
