Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT SaptaIndra Sejati. A conducive work environment and a high level of motivation are believed to enhance employee productivity and work effectiveness, which in turn positively impact the achievement of organizational goals. The research method used is quantitative, employing a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who are permanent employees of PT SaptaIndra Sejati.

The results of the study indicate that both the work environment and work motivation have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Individually, both variables also have a positive and significant influence, with work motivation showing a more dominant effect compared to the work environment. These findings highlight the importance of creating a supportive work atmosphere and implementing strategies to enhance both internal and external motivation in order to optimize employee performance. The practical implication of this research provides input for company management in designing human resource policies that focus on strengthening motivation and improving the quality of the work environment.
