Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gunungkidul

Abstract

The test was conducted to determine the impact of employee skills and work ethic in the Communication and Informatics Department. This could positively impact the performance of each employee. Competence refers to the ability, expertise, and habits associated with a mutually agreed-upon set of rules. This test used a quantitative approach, collecting evidence using a questionnaire. The results showed that both components positively impact employee productivity in the Communication and Informatics Department. This analysis was conducted using SPSS version 30.0.
