This study aims to improve employee performance by improving competency, training, and work motivation at the Regional Personnel Agency of Soppeng Regency. This study used a quantitative approach, data collection using a questionnaire, and a sample size of 60 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing used partial, simultaneous, and dominant (beta) tests. The results indicate that 1) Competence, training, and work motivation have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance; 2) Competence, training, and work motivation have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance; 3) Competence is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Soppeng Regency.
