<p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The test was conducted to determine the impact of employee skills and work ethic in the Communication and Informatics Department. This could positively impact the performance of each employee. Competence refers to the ability, expertise, and habits associated with a mutually agreed-upon set of rules. This test used a quantitative approach, collecting evidence using a questionnaire. The results showed that both components positively impact employee productivity in the Communication and Informatics Department. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>This study aims to improve employee performance by improving competency, training, and work motivation at the Regional Personnel Agency of Soppeng Regency. This study used a quantitative approach, data collection using a questionnaire, and a sample size of 60 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing used partial, simultaneous, and dominant (beta) tests. The results indicate that 1) Competence, training, and work motivation have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance; 2) Competence, training, and work motivation have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance; 3) Competence is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Soppeng Regency.</em></p>Yasrib Putranto SabbanMasyadiYusrab Ardianto Sabban

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT SaptaIndra Sejati. A conducive work environment and a high level of motivation are believed to enhance employee productivity and work effectiveness, which in turn positively impact the achievement of organizational goals. The research method used is quantitative, employing a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who are permanent employees of PT SaptaIndra Sejati.</em></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The results of the study indicate that both the work environment and work motivation have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Individually, both variables also have a positive and significant influence, with work motivation showing a more dominant effect compared to the work environment. These findings highlight the importance of creating a supportive work atmosphere and implementing strategies to enhance both internal and external motivation in order to optimize employee performance.
